Salam sisters!

 Oh mayyyn, we know we know we've been absent for quite some time BUT as always we've got an explanation. Yes, of course we'd have an explanation! We wouldn't just leave our sisters hanging without a reason. We've been pretty busy this week. Syira's been busy with work while I've been busy with college and....my family and I have just welcomed a new family member! So ya'll can just imagine.

 Nothing much to talk about today other than the reason we've been busy. Oh! This is our first environmental update post too! One more, we almost forgot. Earth lovas

Salam lovely ladies!

 So as some of you may know, we're planning on starting Weekly Environmental Updates. So this post is to tell you why, how and what's it about. So let's get started!

Why?
Look around. That's all we HAVE to say. But that's not all we WANT to say. This project is to raise awareness about environmental issues and the little things we can do to help make this world a better place. They may be little things but if everyone does it...BOOM! As an example, look at the annual Earth Hour.

How?
This blog will benefit fashionistas and Earth lovers. We'll post our usual weekly topics about fashion, our products, Muslim sisters issues and all that still but in the same post we'll have one weekly update on what we can do to conserve energy,save water, etc.

What?
It's all about the greens baby! We'll update anything and everything regarding SIMPLE ways we can help the environment.

 How 'bout that sisters? Our own little community to help not only each other but also this beautiful planet of ours, Masya'Allah! Let's all come together and find natural remedies to help cure Little Miss Earth's hot hot fever.

All you've gotta do to make anything work is to wear 'em with confidence.

Who says you look ugly in pink? Or funny in frills? Or everything that you're wearing is too much? Honey, there aint nothin you can't wear. So here's to us beautiful sisters!

Where'd you go?

It's been almost 2 weeks..where'd you go?

 That's actually meant for us, where'd WE go? Well my beautiful sisters, we've been busy with our cousin's engagement and wedding. You know the whole thinggy majigg. The decorations, the dowry, the this the that bla bla bla. Planning a wedding is already hard so can you imagine actually pulling it off? Our advice ladies: Know what YOU want, PLAN everything, get A LOT of people to help.

 So what's this tittle all about? As some of you may know, Ayra Awa also does interviews and we upload them on our Youtube channel. This is a BIG one! We've got insights on what someone from the West thinks about women in hijab. Some women just can't find the confidence to start wearing the hijab  so maybe you'd be inspired by this vid?

 Well, we believe that that decision is entirely up to you and you can take as much time as you need to weigh everything out. But for now, let's enjoy the veedee-o!
